Low-pressure reaction injection molding — the sweet spot between performance and cost

<1 MPa cavity pressure. Aluminum or steel molds. Wall thickness 2–12 mm. Parts up to 2 m+ in a single shot. Cure time 30–180 seconds.

Unnotched impact 80 kJ/m². Ductile fracture — absorbs crash energy. Radio-transparent for GPS, 5G and telemetry signals. No signal shadowing.

Density 1.03 g/cm³ — ~40% weight reduction vs steel equivalents, lighter than aluminum with superior crash deformation tolerance.
